Hook dislike aside, I do not understand how killing Neal is the best solution in solving the love triangle. Emma needs to address her feelings for Hook and Neal, but killing Neal is not the way to do that!
I don’t care with whom Emma ends up with as long as she is happy, but this is not the way!You are only pushing those feelings aside and leaving them unresolved. It allows for lazy writing and a blatant cop out way of escaping the triangle issue.
Emma still loves Neal and I am sure has developed strong feelings for Hook, but she is still conflicted. Murdering Neal makes it an easy decision for her and she won’t really have closure. She will most probably wonders ‘What If?’. Making her choose between either Hook, Neal or no one will let those jumbled emotions to rest. After all the crap that she has been through, the one thing Emma needs is peace and you’re not even giving it to her.
